Vancouver connections

I normally connect to the servers in my area, mainly Vancouver BC. However the past couple of days those are way down the latency list and I'm not understanding why. I know there was a big windstorm the other night but not sure if that could cause this....any ideas?

Ok thanks. This started earlier this week. However checking latency today I see that it's started to decrease for a couple of servers in Vancouver.

This is when it started: 11/11/2020 around 10:00 PM EDT. 
TELUS and Rogers lines dropped "dead" all over Canada. Really?
