ANSWERED Can't Download Eddie Client

When I try to download the Windows 10 Installer/Portable it gets to about 20% and then fails with "network error". I've tried different browsers/computers and get the same result.

Is there a download mirror for the client?

Got it to work by downloading off my phone / 4G. Must be my ISP.
