emily96 0 Posted ... (edited) I have an uncommon problem not previously mentioned in these forums. I get the usual bootstrap error (screenshot below), but what seems to be the problem is my routers gateway preventing access to direct IP-Addresses via a local filter. Since this is not my wifi connection but someone else's, I do not have access to the gateway to disable this. Is there a way around this, like temporarily connecting to a different network? The filter blocks access to direct IP's, porn sites, etc. EDIT: I bypassed the filter by changing MAC address. I left the post up to potentially help someone in the future with the same problem, but Im very sorry for spamming if this is seen as an unwanted post!
