Can you share your vpn service with a friend?

Point 4.3 in the ToS states that you may not

  3. rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Service without our prior written authorization;

I think it mostly refers to monetary sharing of the services, so personally (!) I think it's okay, though if he/she finds the service overly useful, it's very nice if a subscription with his/her own account follows.
