Hutchinman 1 Posted ... When Eddie, version (2.18.9), tries to start with my computer I sometimes get the following error, "Unable to obtain elevated privileges (required): Unable to start (No socket)" Thereafter, if I manually try to start Eddie, it does the "Raising system privileges", I approve the Windows request for privileges and then it gives me the same error. I've been experiencing this error off and on for the last two weeks and restarting Eddie once usually made the issue go away, but now today is the first day it took 5 attempts to start. Hutchinman 1 Posted ... I've done that now that I've re-experienced the issue. I'm not sure if it fixed anything as this is the first time I experienced the issue since Tuesday, but I'll keep a lookout. If it happens again, I will respond to this issue. Quote Share this post Link to post
