Windows Filtering platform block

When I try to use a parsing program for FFXIV that reads network packets, if I have incoming blocked on windows filtering platform network lock, it cannot read anything, which it could in the past and I see no reason for that to be the case considering the game is routed outside VPN as is. I can't seem to find anything on it specifically and I can't see specifically if any changes was made to it on Eddie

Recently, yes, however I hadn't used this parser in a while, I don't know why it would even cause a problem, uses this to try and read network data but as far as I know all windows filtering does is only allow certain IPs has nothing to do with programs, and worked in the past so idk what happened https://github.com/ravahn/machina/ only way I can get it to work is if I set WFP to allow incoming traffic
