white1995 0 Posted ... Greetings, I am trying to host a game called Counter Strike 1.6 but it requires port-forwarding in order to do so. So, I am planning to use AirVPN for port-forwarding instead of using a router. The game allows me to set a custom local port. Therefore, I let the AirVPN to open a random TCP&UDP port for me. Then, I set the game port to be the same as the AirVPN port which was configured on the AirVPN website. I have already installed the Eddie software and I am connected to a vpn server. However, other people still can't connect to the game after the port-forwarding has been done. I have turned off my firewall and I have added the Inbound and Outbound rules for TCP and UDP port. Nothing works. However, the TCP works fine. I've used another software that uses TCP for port-forwarding and it works well. Also, the canyouseeme.org can detect my port whenever I use the TCP. It's just that the UDP is not working at all. Hopefully someone can help me out. Regards, White Quote Share this post Link to post
