Erm.. so?

You just added to the confusion: Output from systemd, a screenshot from network-manager-openvpn, and now you quote log lines from Eddie.

Please, can you now compose an exhaustive post about what the problem is, where it occurs and also give info about your setup, such as Eddie support file, OpenVPN logs and anything else you can provide?

I'm trying to use AirVPN through Gnome Network Manager instead of Eddie,
I set it up the way you can see on the screenshot, and when i click enable VPN, i am getting this error

Quote
Connection failed
Activation of network connection failed.

May I suggest you forego messing with Gnome Network Manager, especially if you're not familiar with using it with a VPN.  Either use Eddie or try Hummingbird as a stand-alone.  OpenVPN3 is faster and possibly more secure (than OpenVPN2.x.x), as Air has developed its own fork of OpenVPN.

The problem with Eddie is i can't run it automatically at boot.

Can't, as in "not allowed", or as in "it doesn't work"?

In Preferences > General, enable Don't ask elevation every run. If you don't see it, in Advanced tab enable Advanced Mode.

Huh. If it's checked, can you check if
/usr/lib/systemd/system/eddie-elevated.service
exists?

If not, you can add it yourself:

curl -sSfL https://eddie.website/temp/eddie-elevated.service | sudo tee /usr/lib/systemd/system/eddie-elevated.service && sudo systemctl daemon-reload

Then it should work.

It differs from the one in my command. Can you try with the .service file in the command? It works for me that way.

Which distribution are you running? I mean, the version and if it's the "normal" Ubuntu Desktop or a side project like Ubuntu Edu.
