Won't Connect after Upgrade to 2.18.9 - just spins trying to connect

Hello,

Just updated to v2.18.9 and now I can't get connected.  It's just spinning through from one server attempt to the next.  I had an issue with a previous upgrade where we set IPv6 to block, but other than that I should have standard settings. Logs attached.

Need a bit more than that. In Logs tab, click the lifebelt icon and paste or upload the output here, please. If you choose to paste it, consider using LOG formatting – it's the top left button in the editor.

Thank you.  I didn't change a single thing from last night to today, but it decided to connect this morning. Good enough for now. We'll see if it stays consistent.
