Hello.
https://www.disneyplus.com/it-it/ is locked. I can't see anything except ***attached pic***.
Netflix and Prime Video working fine.
FYI I used https://www.disneyplus.com as starting link but, even beeing on an AirVPS's server located in Norway, it still redirect me on .../it-it.

Are you sure it doesn't simply refer to your browser's language? I connected to a server in UK and removed German from the list of languages in my browser (en being the only one). When I view disneyplus.com I don't get redirected anywhere.

Apart from that, thank you for your report. I was wondering when the first one will be posted. Can you try with another device on the same network?

The it language is not the real problem, as I tested with gb language as you suggested.
It's the screen I attached.
I see nothing more than that. I can't login or see anything except that.

Can you test another browser, or a clean profile in your current browser?

I changed server and now it's working. If I go back, still blacked page. Guess maybe that server is blacklisted from Disneyplus.

Correct it doesn't seem to be working. Seems to be a problem with the website.

You know, it certainly helps knowing which server doesn't work..

Tested on Iphone(Safari realIP) and Firefox.(Saiph, Aludra, Lesath, Avior, Gorgonea so far)

I was on Alphard, NL, whilst I got that black screen.
So far I tested on two other than Alphard, 1 from Holland and 1 from Norway, and it's fine.
Tested with android device on some belgique servers, and it's fine.
I will avoid Alphard for some days 😅

It does work if Assigned IP and DNS assigned comes from the same AirVPN Server. when you use AirDNS exclusively.

I tried the different things you propose but no one works for me. I use eddie under Windows to connect with default settings.
I have seen using google chrome that the address "https://global.edge.bamgrid.com/token" is unreachable when I am under VPN. This service is used to obtain the country of the client, without its reply the scripts of the site are blocked.
I tried a plethora of the different server but with no one of this, the address is reachable.

Naturally, without vpn the site works very well.

So I ask the community to ask to the admins of airvpn to unlock this address or to give us a shortcut.
