ANSWERED Cannot connect to any server because of immediate disconnect

Hello there,

since today I cannot connect to any AirVPN Server anymore. I always get an immedate disconnect like the following:

Can you check if your login credentials are correct? Not sure if it could be the cause for the inactivity timeouts.
Anyway, the timeouts indicate that you cannot reach the servers in the first place. Do you run any firewalls/security software?

I'm also interested in whether you can connect using IPv6. In Eddie Preferences > Networking, change Internet protocol used for connection to IPv6, IPv4 or IPv6 only and try to connect again. Report back here, maybe with another support file. If it's not too much work, use the LOG format for this (top left button in the post editor). Thank you.

I found out that it is an UDP problem. Connection works fine with other protocols. So I am wondering why all UDP packages get lost somewhere from one day to the next ? :(

Any firewalls/security software you are running? Maybe an update enabled something?

Do not know about any new settings and since today it is working again. I guess it was an ISP problem. Thanks for your help.
