Eddie 2.18 on KDE Linux - GUI broken

Recommended Posts

If you're using Arch, there is a workaround:If you're using OpenSuSE, there is no solution yet:Current pool of information suggests if the Qt library version is 5.14.x, the GUI looks like in OpenSuSE. Can you check that in KDE's Info Center? It's on the first page.

Hm, then you might be in the same situation as the OpenSuSE user – no solution known yet. 😕

I am using Eddie 2.19.0beta in an Arch-based KDE Plasma configuration with no problems.  Can you post more details about your system and that might help someone help more?  Also, can you paste the terminal output if you start Eddie from a terminal (in my system it would just be

eddie-ui
). You could also possibly downgrade back down to the last version that worked if all else fails.  Good luck.
