whats my ip api

Hi,

few questions about what my ip api:
- is the limit for 600 times per 10 minutes valid for what's my ip address and is it possible to extend it?
- what happens when people behind nat and/or multiple people behind another vpn provider try to access this api? seems that this 600 times gets spent rather quickly
- are those requests logged?
