Eddie doesn't change DNS settings back after disconnect

My wife uses AirVPN to stream shows from her home country (Germany).

Problem she's having is, every time she disconnects from AirVPN, her laptop is "unusable" until I go in and reset the DNS settings on the interface.  Typically, all my devices get an IP and DNS server address from my pi-hole.  However Eddie seems to set the preferred DNS server to a 10. address (most recent one is 10.27.8.1) when it connects, and then when you disconnect and quit, this isn't reset to its previous value.

I wasn't able to find a ton of threads about this, so I suspect either I've got a weird edge case going on, or else there's just a setting I need to toggle somewhere.  Can anyone clue me in?

Nah, it's a common issue with Eddie 2.16.3. Please try 2.18:
