Issues with Singapore issues

Recommended Posts

I'm from South East Asia.
I usually connect to Singapore servers due to latency, my average was 30-40 ms to the servers.
Recently since last week, the latency has spiked to 60-70ms and upon connecting the ping from speedtest was over 100, and the speed was very bad.

Connecting to other SEA servers such as Hong Kong or Japan is fine, higher ping due to location but the speed is the same as without vpn.
Could you look into the singapore servers (all of them, I've tested each one and slow down and high ping occurs)

I'm guessing you're using standard UDP/443. Did you try TCP to see if it's a problem with UDP throughput?

I tried all protocols (UDP, TCP, SSL, SSH), the slow download speed persists.
However, past midnight its cleared up.
So the issue seems to be during the day for all singapore servers.... i doubt load is the issue as all of them are on less than 15%

Singapore servers seem to be suffering poor network performance the past few days and it's still going on.

Anyone knows why?
