greerd 5 Posted ... On my Mint 19.3, 'apt policy libappindicator1' shows : "Installed: 12.10.1+18.04.20180322.1-1mint2" so maybe try mint2 instead of mint1. Quote Share this post Link to post

Any instructions on how to get this package installed? I'd like to get the vpn up and running. Quote Share this post Link to post

In a terminal a run apt install libappindicator1 enter your user password if asked. Then try and install the .deb again. Have you thought of using the PPA? Installing via a PPA will resolve all your dependencies and notify you of any updates in the future. I use the PPA and have the 'testing' version running. Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1441 Posted ... If you want the package in a specific version, provided your configured repositories actually have this version, navigate to where you want the deb to be saved and issue: apt-get download libappindicator1=12.10.1+18.04.20180322.1-1mint2 Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER.
