Eddie Slow on Windows 7 after renewing subscription

Probably just coincidence but after my first year with Eddie, I had reasonably good download speeds. My subscription expired and I then renewed. Now I have very slow download speeds and can't connect (timeout) to many sites. Sometimes it starts faster (50-100kbps), but then slows. I was getting nearly 1 mbps many times before. I've changed protocols but no luck there yet. I've attached my System Report file to help reveal problems. Any ideas? Thanks

Can you please try the v2.18.x beta first? Instructions are in the 2.18beta thread in Announcements.

Did you do that because you got some error shown?

You're also using WLAN, which fits into a series of problems with Eddie v2.16.3 on all Windows versions. v2.18.x might just solve it.
