Hi, can I open UDP 3074 port in order to play this game? I have a gray dynamic address, ports 3074 are closed by the Internet provider

Do you normally take advantage of testing periods before paying for longer subscriptions?
Port 3074 is reserved to another user, therefore, no, it cannot be reserved to you. If you can't change that port, what could work instead is forwarding a random port to local port 3074, but then anyone whishing to connect to you must enter that random port. If 3074 is hardcoded in the clients, this method won't work as well.
