I'm looking at using AirVPN to get round a problem where I haven't got access to port forwarding on the router so a standard OpenVPN server is not an option. Is it possible to configure AirVPN to accept a client connection from Office "A" running on a Raspberry Pi. When another connection is established from Office "B" and/or Offiice "C" using AirVPN then all the network computers in Office "A" are visible to the clients in the other offices?

No, it is not. This VPN connects clients to the internet, not among each other. :)
You can, however, forward ports and reach each client by using them.
