ANSWERED [Solved] Cant connect to AirVPN anymore

So I was connected to AirVPN and wanted to start a program in OFFLINE MODE.
In order to be offline I did this

deactivate Ethernet.
Then i turned it back on and now it wont reconnect anymore to any server in AirVPN and it keeps LOOPING with the message
"Couldnt connect, because the targeted Computer is refusing the connection 127.0.0.1:3100"

. i already tried reinstalling everything but nothing worked. restarted pc aswell

i fixed this problem by
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\AirVPN\
deleting everythig in here. can be closed
