How do I get Plex to bypass my Air VPN router based connection?

I’m running Air VPN on my Asus (flashed with Merlin) 88u for my QNAP. I’d like Plex to bypass the use of my VPN for easier and direct connections. Is there any tutorial or guide on how to do this?
