Question about smtp-server blocking acces

Recommended Posts

As an attempt to get this sub going.

My provider (Ziggo) is occasionally blocking AirVPN's exit addresses in the Netherlands on their smtp.server. Sometimes it works for a few days and next thing you know is that I have to change servers a few times a day.

I have tried to use their ip address instead, but that gives a certificate error. One way is to avoid this is probably to add a route outside the tunnel, but I think that's the easy way out.

So, without changing to a paid mail-service, what can I try next? Ziggo is not helping because "it's a thirth party issue"

Thanks for thinking with me!

I've heard about it a few times in the last few years. Others have asked as well, but this post is the only one with a solution, which might not even apply to you, but try it out.
