Windows Firewall Blocking Eddie traffic

Hello,

Me again.
I had Comodo Firewall and AV installed.  I uninstalled it after the AV kept crashing my system (W10).

Now windows Firewall show as off.

When i turn it on - all internet ceases to work.

I tried turning each on one by one

so with Domain on - it works (not logged into a domain)

If I turn on either the Private or Public network for the firewall on - it all stops.  no sites can be reached.

Do I need to create an inbound/outbound rule for Eddie?

Help?
