Hey there, some time using AIRvpn now and nothing but love it.
Only if it was that easy to set up... without ongoing issues

Noticing it wakes up my laptop from sleep.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I'd vote for a more technical approach. Use Eddie to connect, then put your computer into sleep. When it wakes up, login and open a PowerShell window. Enter this command and post the output:

powercfg.exe /lastwake

Here:

Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
  Wake Source Count - 1
  Wake Source [0]
    Type: Wake Timer
    Owner: [SERVICE] \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\svchost.exe (SystemEventsBroker)
Owner Supplied Reason: Windows will execute 'NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\UpdateOrchestrator\Universal Orchestrator Start' scheduled task that requested waking the computer.

Note: This happens only when connected via LAN tho (WLAN is disabled), while when connected through WLAN with LAN disabled it never happens

See? Original argument against Eddie rebutted. :)

Can you look at Windows Update settings and see if anything related to
"allow sleep", "only on LAN/wired connection" etc. is activated?
Additionally, open Windows Tasks, look for that task and see if you can disallow it from being executed in sleep.

As mentioned, its quite complicated for not so savvy  users, like me.
I told nothing more than love this VPN, as people like you who with little effort pointed out to right direction

Seems:
"Pause updates for 7 days" or more is the option that wakes up my laptop when connected on LAN.
"Change active hours" too, mine was set 8-17 and waking up was occuring always after 17h, basically at night

Thanks for your help

Very good. Revert any changes you did to the mentioned task, if any, and enjoy AirVPN! :)
