HideIPVPN are a bunch of scammers, do not use their service

I cancelled my service with them, removed my card from my account, and they still billed me for the top of the line service that I never had to begin with, I had a lower tier. So I try to submit a ticket to get a refund for the fraudulent charge and they are refusing to give me my money back, or even let me access the service that they charged me for.

I'm currently filing a formal complaint with my credit card company for a refund. Stay far away from them

Update: They have said the best they can offer me is a credit to my account... for a fraudulent charge that I never wanted or initiated. What kind of service is that??
