Hi!
I am new here! I look for this topic but could not find an answer.

I use Remote desktop access from windows. Should I Open door 3389 in my client area or it´s already open by default?

What should i do to have this remote access?

Thanks,
Braz.

It's a bit ambiguous. Do you want to use RDP from your machine or do you want to RDP into your machine from the outside?
If the latter, port 3389 is already forwarded, but it doesn't mean you can't use it. Forward a random port by leaving the port field on the port forwarding page blank, but enter 3389 into the local port field. Then connect using the random port you were given, like so: https://www.question-defense.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/windows-remote-desktop-client-connect-to-different-port.gif

Probably he wants to connect to this account/machine from some other location(friends/work/school etc.)
Select TCP for/as Protocol.
