I am trying to setup this router but it only allows 3 files and when generated I have 4, have tried a combination and can't get a connection.

Then it seems to be outdated. That key is required if the server uses tls-auth, which is true for AirVPN's servers.

Any UDP packet not bearing the correct HMAC signature can be dropped without further processing. No combination will work because all four are needed. Sorry.

Maybe your router is supported.
Anyways, its better to tell your hardware if you need support...
