Hi Everyone,

Firstly, happy weekend. I have to immediately admit I am not great at understanding everything techy. I have been gave major issues for quite some time now. I had recently started to almost relax again when My gut told me things are not quite right. I will try and cut to the chase. I’ve know for almost one year that not only could neighbours see what I was looking at in the internet but they could hear me too whenever I talked.

i changed computer and phone and hoped I could finally move on.

I have called and spoke to my ISP and they (like everyone made me feel like I was losing my mind).

in the pictures you’ll see the web browser is Firefox, I use safari only.

What is the best way for me to get my devices safe?
