Latvian servers missing proper IPv6 support

Hello, today I was trying to set IPv6 tunnel and discovered that Latvian servers are not returning IPv6 config. The exception was Shaula where IPv6 is working fine.
Meissa, Phact, Schedir servers are marked as supporting IPv6 (eg. https://airvpn.org/servers/Meissa/) but the 'Received control message' in Openvpn is receiving only IPv4 commands.
