Hey, i got AirVPN yesterday and i cannot connected [Eddie UI, OpenVPN, ...] wont connect to any server from AirVPN its just stuck at connecting then just disconnecting and so on.. i tried every solution possible.
i had before nVPN with openvpn gui and it worked fine.. i deleted it then got AirVPN but it wont connect tried every solution possible if this not gonna work for me i want a refund asap

Let's calm down a bit.
Can you please first post the Eddie log here? Use the LOG button in the top left corner of the editor and paste them in the box that appears.

Edit: Okay, you found a workaround. But let's still try to get down to the bottom of all.

Same situation here. Since yesterday i can't connect to any server. No new software was intstalled etc, even windows patches.
Log with TCP (udp doesnt work either):
