Deactivating networklock doesn't work - linux

Using eddie-ui everything works fine while connected to a network but when i disable the network lock i still cannot get any connection without enabling eddie again. To disable the network lock i need to restart my whole system which is rather inconvenient.
Any way i can disable it manually in my commandline or other suggestions?

System and eddie information:

This sounds familiar. You might not be the only one recently.

Thank you that did the trick - wondering why the vpn doesn't do that by itself though.

Eddie does it by default, but it seems to be bugged on Linux right now.
