IPV6 - love it or disable it ?

It's obviously good for AirVPN to have its servers ready for a future transition from IPV4 to IPV6, so the recent implementation of IPV6 on AirVPN is generally a good thing.

However, when I do IPV6 Test sites, they claim that my ISP has not implemented IPV6 correctly.

And, when I tried to use Network Lock on Eddie, it wouldn't work until I turned off IPV6 in Eddie (something that in the threads was considered a "solution" rather than a temporary workaround.)

So, unless our own actual IP address is "IPV6 only", then should we disable all IPV6 capability on our PCs, for enhanced security and functionality?

I do see comments on the web like quote "If you rely on a VPN to keep you anonymous, you really should fully disable IPv6 and all the IPv6 pseudo services on your system."

I like IPv6, so I don't disable it. In fact, I find it easier to work with.

Can you provide an example along with which server, port and protocol you're connecting to? Any maybe which client, too?

I was referring to IPV6 test web sites, with VPN turned off, those indicate that IPV6 is not fully implemented by my ISP and not fully implemented by my browser (Firefox).

I can't speak for your ISP unless you tell us which one you have, but Firefox definitely supports it fully. I'm currently browsing AirVPN via IPv6 with Firefox.

It's ipv6-test.com that reports:  Browser  IPV4  Fallback No.

IPV6 is implemented in my Router and enabled in my ethernet connection.

That's weird. What's your OS? Does it happen with other network devices as well? Other browsers?
And, in Firefox > about:config, is the key network.dns.disableIPv6 set to false?

Just a thought... Does your ISP actually implement IPv6?? Some do, some don't. I had it on Time Warner/Spectrum, but now with Frontier FiOS I don't. And apparently Frontier has absolutely no intention of rolling it out to the west coast at this point or the future heh. The router has an address, my Mac can get one if the router hands one out, but the ISP doesn't so it doesn't go beyond there.
