Windows Firewall Eddie

Ok,   everything was just working fine.

I was using Comodo Firewall when I realized it was causing my hard drive to go crazy.  I uninstalled it
Hard drive utilization dropped dropped from 100% to usable.
But now when the Windows Defender Firewall kicks in - Eddie is blocked.

I set it to prompt - but Eddie never shows up.  Like do not have the option to allow it to be exempted

It worked with Comodo but I uninstalled it

I installed the latest version of Eddie.

I have to have Domain, Private and Public network firewall off for it to work. I'd like to have a FW running just incase

Suggestions please!
