Does This Look Correct?.

For days now I have been trying to figure out why my broadband speed via AirVPN is so slow (18Mbps) in comparison to my non VPN speed of (200+Mbps). Windows 10 desktop PC connected to Virgin Superhub 3.0 in modem mode and Linksys EA7500 router. Was checking my adapter settings today while connected to AirVPN and noticed it said no IPv6 connectivity on either. I know very little about such things but remember reading here about AirVPN going IPv6 so thought I should ask if the readings in the pic are okay or is that my problem?.
