AirVPN Server in Israel

I am trying to access the version of Netflix which has Israeli subtitles (which can only be accessed from inside Israel).  They also have some cool shows which are only shown to those in the geographic location of Israel.

 

Is there an AirVPN server that is in Israel (or one that can access Israeli content)?  If not, are there plans to open one up?
