ANSWERED Wifi Works but 4G LTE does not anymore?

HI all,

  I have been using openvpn and airvpn for some time and it worked just fine.  In the last week or so I noticed now when I am on the 4g LTE mobile network it says connected but I have no connectivity and get timeouts.

 

I am using configs with both IPv4 and IPv6.  Has anyone experienced this?

I just did some troubleshooting and it appears that AT&T may be blocking UDP 443. That or something weird is going on with my browser/android.

 

When I changed the UDP port to 80, it is working fine now.
