I had to reach this Cities Skyline mod's user guide : https://shimo.im/docs/LzYEv3Qbk3M35Gvo

It seems shimo.im and this webpage wont load while connected through Kitalpha ( Switzerland ).
I could however access it from elsewhere.

Just wanted to tell Air support, if it can be of any interest.
