routeninja 23 Posted ... Hello All, My ISP appears to have a routing issue for a particular service that I use, and I get terrible throughput. I also get miserable throughput to local Air servers. I am currently having a lot of success using servers that are not that geographically close to me, but I am able to get great throughput so I am happy. I really need to have ovpn connect to the server that I select right at login without asking for a password. I have read the forum on trying to get Eddie to do that, and that looks like a pain. I was thinking it would be much easier to get it to simply run the openvpn command on linux and give it the server ovpn file. Has anyone done this before? Any tips or guides before I start down the path? Thanks so much! Neko Quote Share this post Link to post

Create a new autorun entry in the autorun editor of your DE. You can check Run in Terminal there, so you can see the logs.If for whatever reason you are unable to find said editor in your system settings, simply create a .desktop file in ~/.config/autostart, because that's what most editors do, anyway.
