Is it better to connect to different servers or the same one every time? I usually bounce through different countries because I somehow think its more secure. Is that the case?

I guess that depends on who and what you are hiding from. In some cases, sure it might help but for general use i don't think it matters much.

The stuff that might be tracking you is likely not using an IP address, so it doesn't matter that much. More important is how you use the internet. Persistent cookies, CDN injection, WebRTC and other fun stuff. It is my understanding that AirVPN servers use different entry and exit IP addresses in any case. AirVPN can also not protect anyone from a LAN-side attack if you share a router with other services such as, say, a Roku or something.
