Could Kodi leak my IP?

Is it possible for any of the Kodi add-ons to leak my IP address? I have network lock enabled.

I just wanted something that gave me more choice than popcorntime, and aggregated more torrent sites with 5.1 audio.

Block all network interfaces except TAP/VPN adapters.

I have network lock enabled.

I would not totally rely on JUST network lock ALONE.
