EXTREMELY SLOW/Timed Out Connection w/ Homam, Bootloader Error

Hey, all. So lately I've been having issues when connecting to Homam, which is normally fast for me. I have Eddie set to default, which I believe it connects to the best suggested route. Eddie always picks Homam to be the best choice, but when I connect to it, webpages don't even load. Again, I never used to have this issue with this server before.

 

Also noticing a lot of the Vancouver servers that I always use are down, which I hope get fixed shortly. Beyond that, I'm getting a constant message from Eddie with a "bootloader" error message (I'll upload a screenshot when I get it again).

 

Never had that issue before either. AirVPN has always been reliable and a top performer, but the last few months seems like I've just had a lot of issues and the performance hasn't been as good.

Ok, so I realized it isn't "bootloader" but is "boostrap." I attached a screenshot of the error I'm constantly getting.

Not sure of the reasons that notification comes up. I also had it happen for a while, but it never seemed to affect anything. I do know, there is now an option in preferences/UI - "don't show bootstrap failure window".
