Is it possible that that server doesn't provide a DNS?

I've an exclusive DNS connection but got a leakage as I need to fall back to my default DNS server.

Yes, they do. But without any information on your system, software you are using etc. we won't be able to help you. And what do you mean by "need to fall back to my default DNS server"?
