Bug in latency measurement?

It seems that Eddie has a bug in latency measurement. Almost all of the pings are rounded to the nearest ten millisecond. The last digit of the remaining latencies is odd, mostly 5 or 3.

This has happened often. Is this just a coincidence or do you have noticed the same?

I seem to have all numbers not just 3 and 5. It must be luck i would guess.
