Updated Set-Up for uTorrent

Hey, just got AirVPN to securely download torrents using uTorrent and am currently getting my torrents from Kickass torrents and Pirate Bay proxies.  Would like to know if there is anything that I need to do inside of uTorrent or AirVPN settings wise as well as any better torrent sites to use as these two are super sketchy now.  Im sure this question has been asked before but searching only brought up two year old posts.  Thanks for any help you can give.
