Is Eddie version 2.14 expiremental safe?

I just recently upgraded to 18.04 Ubuntu and the stable release package dosen't work anymore. The experimental package does however. I'm fine with using beta as long as my IP dosen't leak or anything. I was just wondering if anyone would know if this would be an issue with a beta gui?

IP leak protection should work just as well on beta.
