I am also interested in this site (alternative link https://10.com.au)

The site can be accessed from some servers I tried in NZ but the signup page brings up the notice:
「10 is available for Australian residents only
If you're in Australia, please disable any VPNs or get in touch with us at helpdesk.tenplay.com.au for assistance.」

I tried the route checking and ipleak tools which seem to be fine but I'm not sure how to read the results.
