Can I make a certain exe. ignore AirVPN?

Hey so for example, say I'm playing a java game, and I run 2 instances. Can I run one normally (It'll go through Airvpn) and the other (I add it to some sort of exception list) and it'll go through my ISP? Is it possible to do it?

 

The thing I'm trying to do is run 2 accounts at once, one being on my ISP (Normal ip) and the other through AIRVPN basically another country, so the accounts do not look like they're running from the same computer.
