Could not import config files into OpenVPN for Android

I have the config file on my phone's root drive:

 

 

How ever, when I tried to import them into OpenVPN for Android, the app cannot see the files at all:

 

 

Any ideas as to why?

Similar issue. I log in to airvpn.org from the Android mobile, chose the OS, download the file generated. Openvpn for Android sees the file in the download folder but it's greyed out so I cannot import it - tapping it creates no action. I tried OS Linux (as in the instructions) and Android (as seemed more logical) same result.
