How to connect to VPN with 4G hotspot to PC

Hi, firstly, always a very happy AirVPN customer.

 

I'd like to run some downloads on my PC while it's connected to a WiFi hotspot created by my mobile phone.

I get 100Mb+ speeds via 4G instead of 3Mb via ADSL.

My question is where should I connect to AirVPN to be protected for my downloads? The PC client or OpenVPN on the phone?
