Poor speed with GL-inet MT300N-V2

I recently bought a small router  GL-inet MT300N-V2 which is openvpn capable.

 

I used it with config files generated by the configurator, with the "server" option, but the speed never become greater than 4.1 Mbs, the most often it is rather 3.2 Mbs, but according to the constructor forum, it should not be a problem to get 10Mbs .

Of course, the corresponding servers gave large bandwith from a PC (200 Mbs at least)

 

Any idea ?

MTK 7628NN @580Mhz - speeds won't get any better.
